Welcome to Travel Glocal (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Protecting your privacy and safeguarding your personal information is a top priority for us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, store, disclose, and protect your information when you access or use our website, mobile application, and other associated online or offline services, including customer care, physical offices, franchise partners, and other related platforms (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing, browsing, or using our Platform, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy, together with any updates or modifications made from time to time. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy or any part of it, please discontinue use of our Platform and services.

This Privacy Policy is an integral part of your User Agreement with TravelGlocal, and all capitalized terms used herein but not otherwise defined shall have the respective meanings ascribed to them in the User Agreement.

We are committed to complying with applicable data protection laws, including:

Users Outside the Geographical Limits of India

Please note that the data shared with TravelGlocal shall be primarily processed in India, and may also be processed in such other jurisdictions where third-party service providers, business partners, or vendors engaged by TravelGlocal are located and process data on our behalf. By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, you expressly provide TravelGlocal with your consent to collect, process, transfer, and store your personal information for the purposes defined herein.

The data protection laws and regulations in India or in other jurisdictions where your data may be processed may differ from those of your country of residence.

If you have any concerns regarding the processing of your data and wish to withdraw your consent, you may do so by writing to us at grievance@travelglocal.com. However, please note that if such processing of data is essential for us to be able to provide our services, we may be unable to deliver or confirm your booking following withdrawal of consent.

For example, if you book an international holiday package, fixed departure tour, or group booking, certain personal details such as your name, contact information, gender, dietary preferences, choice of smoking/non-smoking rooms, medical conditions requiring special assistance, etc. may necessarily be shared with our local vendors, hotels, transportation providers, and tour managers in each destination city to ensure that appropriate arrangements are made for your travel. A withdrawal of consent by you for us to process your information may:

  1. Severely limit our ability to serve you and, in such case, we may be unable to accept or process your booking; or
  2. Restrict our ability to service an existing booking, which may negatively affect your travel experience or compel us to cancel your booking altogether.
